Retroactive pay will be issued around June 1, 2026.
Yes. Any member who did NASA work after June 30, 2024 is eligible to receive retro pay.
As NASA does not have access to NAIT's process for retro pay, please contact [email protected] for any troubleshooting assistance with the online application form. |
You will need to carefully check your pay stubs and payment records to determine if the retro pay and other adjustments are accurate. If you see, or believe there is a discrepancy please contact the NASA office for assistance.

Temporary staff will start accruing vacation entitlements approximately in June when the new payroll system is operational. Until then temporary staff will continue to receive their additional 18.5% salary in lieu of vacation benefits
The $250 has already been applied and deposited into your Health Spending Account. It was automatically put into the HSA because the allocation option deadline for this year had already passed.

The SIH threshold will be divided over the number of intakes or semesters assigned/worked, not over the number of possible intakes or semesters.
